Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
The online store works with Stripe to incorporate the very latest encryption technology to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the Stripe secure payments server. Your browser will show a padlock to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have confirmed your order, payment is taken from your account.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard Securecode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service.

All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult's clothing.

Product portrayal

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Sharing your details to Third Parties

We do not provide your e mail address to any third parties. We very rarely send out marketing emails but if you would like to stop receiving any emails sent by us please click on the unsubscribe link.

Delivery details

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature is required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves.

UK Delivery costs

UK standard delivery: £4.95
Allow between 3-6 working days for delivery.

Express delivery: £9.95
Allow between 1-2 working days for delivery.

Overseas delivery costs

European Union: £14.95
All other destinations: £19.95
You should allow between 15 working days for delivery from placing the order.

If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Changing or cancelling your order

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
If you wish to cancel your order please call 07494 061665 (If your order has been processed or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back).
