Amano Star Cardigan Denim
The cardigan's original incarnation was back in the mid 90's; there are some differences such as the quality of wool is much softer, and the buttons are made from environmentally friendly tagua (nut), however in spirit it is very close to the original.
Rolled bound edge, random stars dotted around both front and back, button through,two pockets, and knitted by hand in Ecuador, near the Columbian border.
These wonderful hand knits are already collectors pieces. Incredible yarns, completely beautiful, joyful knitwear for your soul.
Designed in a relaxed fit which is half a size up from a regular fit, but not as loose as oversized. Please note measurements, you may wish to size up or down depending on desired fit.
Amelia (1st, 2nd & 3rd image) is a size S, 5'7" and is wearing a medium.
Lizzie (4th & 5th image) is a S/M 5'8" and has sized up to an L for a more oversized look.
Due to the nature of hand knit, please note the sizing may vary slightly.
